Field Coupling Plane
FCP-C25-001: Field coupling plane, designed in accordance with ISO 10605 for indirect testing of automotive wiring harnesses, features a Plane/DUT area measuring 200x400mm (Customizable based on DUT size). It includes three islands, each separated by 500mm, and is supported by isolation material with a thickness of 50mm.
Battery Box (Customizable)
BBX-12V/24V-00X According to CISPR 25 standards, automotive EMC testing requires battery buffering. Our customizable automotive battery box supports 12V, 24V, and various Ah capacities. It features a proper metal ground plane for optimal grounding, along with protections against leakage and overcurrent via fuses. Additionally, it offers input and output voltage control, complete with measuring points for easy monitoring.
ESD Target Plate
ETP-ISO-001 ESD target plate, featuring a CTR2 target and a 20dB attenuator. The entire setup is designed to be easily movable on wheels for convenient storage.
Shorting Plate
SCP-C25-001: Shorting plates are utilized to short the LISN battery’s negative terminal. They improve bonding quality, ensuring enhanced repeatability and reproducibility of test results.
